Privacy Policy
Nuribuilds Studio ("we," "our," or "us") builds websites for local businesses across the United States and Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated September 28, 2026.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site:
- Contact details: your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number and business name when you fill in a form, book a call or email us.
- Project details: what you tell us about your business, goals, budget range and timeline.
- Newsletter sign-ups: the email address you subscribe with.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule calls and prepare proposals.
- To deliver work, invoices and project communication if you become a client.
- To send our newsletter if you subscribed — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep this website secure, fast and working properly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Service Providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions.
- Cal.com — call scheduling.
- Google Workspace / Gmail — email.
- WhatsApp — only if you choose to message us there.
These providers may store data on servers outside your province or state. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used to remember simple preferences. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
5. How Long We Keep Data
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver services and meet tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
- United States: residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA) may request to know, correct or delete their information, and opt out of sale or sharing — which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- Canada: under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, you may access and correct your personal information and withdraw consent for its use, subject to legal limits.
To make a request, email us from the address you used with us. We aim to respond within 30 days.
7. Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
